1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter by providing your name, address, telephone number, email address and event date on the official online entry form located at www.chicagoweddingresource.com. One entry per household Entries will be accepted beginning September 1, 2010. Contest ends July 15, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. All completed entries become property of Chicago Wedding and Party Resource.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, entries must be received prior to July 15, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. Participants must be residents of Illinois aged 21 and over and be currently engaged to be married with established wedding dates between November 1, 2010 and December November 1, 2012. Employees of Chicago Wedding and Party Resource, Gail McGrath and Associates, their affiliated companies, advertising agencies and/or promotional partners, and their relatives are not eligible. For the purposes of this sweepstakes, relatives are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren are not permitted to enter. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. DRAWING: A random drawing from all eligible entries received will be held July 19th 2011 to select winner. Judges decisions on all matters are final. Odds of winning prize depend on number of eligible entrees. Winner will be notified by phone and or mail and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in the time period indicated thereon to Chicago Wedding and Party Resource Honeymoon Sweepstakes, 3453 commercial Ave., Northbrook Il. 60062. Travel companion of winner will also be required to sign a liability release prior to departure. Winners must agree that biographical data and/or likenesses in advertising and promotion materials may be used by Chicago Wedding and Party Resource/Gail McGrath and Associates and their promotional partners, without additional compensation or prize may be forfeited. All prize claims, affidavits of liability/publicity releases will be verified by contest judges. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. All prizes claimed will be awarded. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize (1) seven-night trip to Riu Vallarta, in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico for two adults departing from ORD. Trip includes seven-night accommodations, round-trip charter air, transfers to/from resort, non-motorized water sports, all food/drinks and the assistance of an in-resort Apple Representative. Trip is valid for travel through December 10, 2011. Taxes, insurance and additional expenses (such as optional excursions, spa treatments, phone calls, souvenirs) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Once the dates of stay are confirmed, the reservation date cannot be changed or winner will forfeit the prize. All vacations are approved on a promotional basis & are subject to availability. Blackout dates do apply. This trip is valid through December 10, 2011 Travel dates are final and will not be extended. Travel is not permitted during holiday periods including both 5 days prior and after.
Trips are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute the vacation with another of equal value, equal Apple rating or within the same hotel chain should any unforeseen circumstance occur. Hotel to be determined by Apple Vacations. Trips are valid for 2 adults ONLY per room and do not include any special promotions. NO room upgrades.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By accepting a prize, winner agree that Chicago Wedding and Party/Gail McGrath and Associates, their respective parents, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agencies of each (collectively, "Sponsor") shall have no liability whatsoever, for any injuries or damage incurred in whole or in part from acceptance or use of the prizes, or participation in this promotion, including in travel to or from the any location. Further, no responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, rerouting or acts of any government or authority. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of any of the prizes including, but not limited to, their quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit any prize won and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
